Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effectively developable printer drivers adaptable to plural operating systems(OS). SOLUTION: A printer driver 100 has the command conversion parts 3A and 3B depending on each corresponding OS and a renderer 9 which is not dependent on OS. The parts 3A and 3B convert the drawing commands given from the display device interfaces 1A and 1B of each corresponding OS into the drawing commands which are not dependent on the OS. The renderer 9 produces a print command of a form that can be interpreted by an object printer based on the drawing command which is not dependent on OS. The renderer 9 also can produce a print command of a vector graphic form that can be interpreted by a page printer and also a print command of a raster graphic form that can be interpreted by a serial printer such as an ink jet printer, etc.
