SOLUTION: A program for tool replacement which is one of programs for a sequence is divided into unit programs, i.e., a pot lowering operation program (M101) for pot lowering operation, an arm swiveling operation program (M102) for swiveling a tool replacing arm, and a pot elevating operation program (M103) for pot elevating operation. Here, the unit programs can be executed individually.
