Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus which reduces a shift of an ink film from a required transfer amount, obtains a proper transfer amount of the ink film in printing of each color, and can always print at a position where the ink film is stable even from a first sheet, e.g. when a power source is turned on. SOLUTION: A rotational angle of an ink film wind roller corresponding to a transfer amount La after a first color is completely printed before a trail end of an ink layer of the first color in a transfer direction of the film is detected by a color detection sensor S3' is measured by an encoder sensor. A difference Δna between a measured value na and a reference value n3 requiring no corrections is obtained.
