Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of development irregularities with the use of an inexpensive ion flow head with good yield, by moving the short ion flow head in a direction orthogonal to a movement direction of a charge-holding medium and parallel to a recording face of the charge-holding medium, thereby forming electrostatic latent images. SOLUTION: An ion flow head is arranged nearly parallel to an upper electrode 80 and a lower electrode 82 disposed with a solid discharging dielectric layer 81 between them and, to a solid discharging dielectric layer 81 below the solid discharging dielectric layer 81 at a predetermined distance. Moreover, a dielectric film 62 having an ion pass hole 71 extending in a direction orthogonal to a movement direction of a recording paper, control electrodes 63, 64 set via the dielectric film 62, an ion generation AC high-voltage power source 87 applying an a.c. high voltage to the upper electrode 80 and lower electrode 82, a control electrode-driving circuit applying a control voltage to the control electrodes 63, 64 and a control electrode power source connected to the control electrode-driving circuit are arranged, whereby the ion flow head is constituted. |
