Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chromate treating method for suppressing and preventing the defect of microrepellent generated on application type chromate coating on the surface of a galvanized steel sheet because it can not be prevented only by thoroughly cleaning the surface of the steel sheet before the treatment. SOLUTION: In heat treatment (drying and baking of applying soln. coating film) in succession to the application of a chromate treating soln. on the surface of a steel sheet, drying under heating at a temp. rising rate of =2 sec. In the actual operation, the temp. rising rate shall be set to 1 to 3 deg.C and the time 2 to 5 sec. There is strong correlation between the temp. rising rate in the drying stage and the generation of the defect of microrepellent, and the generation of the defect can almost perfectly be prevented by the regulation of the temp. rising rate. |
