Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely change the hanging/holding position of a part such as a buried part to be buried in the surface of a PC plate, a mold and the like without exchanging a hanging frame. SOLUTION: In this device, between the top surfaces of front and rear forms 5 and 6, a hanging frame 17 is spanned and, at the same time, the hanging frame 17 is displaceably connected in its longitudinal direction to the front and the rear forms 5 and 6. On the hanging frame 17, a holding member 23 is displaceably equipped in the longitudinal direction of the hanging frame 17. A part 26 such as a buried part, a mold and the like are hangingly held to the holding member 23.
