SOLUTION: On the occasion when a blanket 501 is mounted on a first blanket cylinder 13 or a second blanket cylinder 14, a winding mechanism 502 in a state of having wound up the blanket 501 is fixed to a pair of side plates 37. A metal fitting for mounting attached to the fore end part of the blanket 501 is retained by a fore end part retaining mechanism.
