Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a finished product to be easily taken out of a mold while realizing a coated flange in manufacturing steps. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a flange coated with a film 18 uses the following steps: An injection molding machine 10 with a cavity 12 and a core 14 receives a performed film 18, and the film 18 which forms a coat for a finally finished product is formed in such a manner that the film 18 has inwardly facing flanges 24, 26. The film 18 is placed inside a mold and the core 14 has slides 30, 32 which are movable between a storing position and a drawing position. The slide 30, 32 are stored and the core 14 is moved into the mold. When the molding machine is closed, the slides 30, 32 are moved to the drawing position from the storing position. To form a space between the slides 30, 32, the slides 30, 32 have a recessed part 34, 36 positioned on the opposite sides to the flange parts respectively. A molten plastic material is injected into this space. The plastic material is set on the flange parts 24, 26 of the film to form a finished product with the coated flanges. |
