Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a direct contact sliding between a tilting wire and the lever sliding part of a turning lever and to prevent the damage of the tilting wire by providing the sliding surface of a patching metal on the side abutted on the lever sliding part of the turning lever and also, the fixed surface of the patching metal on the side fixed to the tilting wire. SOLUTION: At the time of tilting a molten steel ladle, the slidingtilt is executed with the patching metal 5 and the lever sliding part 3-1 of the turning lever 3 by pulling the tilting wire 2 through a speed reducer cable with a tilting speed reducer, and the molten steel ladle is tilted while using the shafts of the molten steel ladle as the rotating axis. The patching metal 5 is fitted to the tilting wire 2 with a fastening means 20. The fastening means 20 is separately prepared from the patching plate 5 and composed of two sets of fixing bolts and nuts 21, a side plate 22 and a fastening plate 23. The curvature radius of the sliding surface 5-2 of the patching metal 5 is made to equal to the curvature radius (r) of the lever sliding part 3-1 of the turning lever 3.
