Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of strength at a connection part of a copper wire and a terminal. SOLUTION: An electrode 6 is made by combining the first member 6 of a low resistivity and the second member 7 of a high resistivity. A Joule heat to be generated at a part contacting with the second member 7 becomes lower compared with that of a portion contacting with the first member 6. Thereby, a deformation degree by a heat softening and a rested pressure of a caulked portion 2a of the terminal and a copper wire 1 is small at a portion contacting with the second member 7, compared with that of the portion contacting with the first member 6. An adhesion degree between the copper wire 1 and the caulked portion 2a is heightened and an electric conductivity and a fixing power between them are secured at the portion where the caulked portion 2a contacts with the first member 6. Also at the portion where the caulked portion 2a contacts with the second member 7, the reduction of cross section area of both the copper wire 1 and the caulked portion 2a, as well as lowering of the strength due to the heat softening are prevented so as to obtain a high strength against an external force. |
