FILTER FOR LIQUID TREATMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To require no tool for turning a drain plug for liquid removal and realize the removal of a liquid without removing the plug from a case when using a filter for liquid treatment. SOLUTION: A second pipe part 14 for supporting a filtration element 13 is provided in the center of the bottom part of a lower part case 12, in a filter F for liquid treatment. Further, the second pipe part 14 is formed of a small dia. part 14a with a female thread, a medium dia. part 14b with a shoulder 14f for receiving the filtration element 13 and a large dia. part 14c which protrudes downward from the bottom of the case 12. In addition, a through hole 14g is provided in a border part between the medium dia. part 14b and the large dia. part 14c. Further, the second pipe 14 has a center hole 15d and is set in place by screwing a drain plug 15 which is made up of a small dia. part 15a with a male thread, a medium dia. part 15b which is introduced into the medium dia. part 14b of the second pipe part 14 and has window hole 15f communicating with the center hole 15d and further has a packing 15g provided on the outer periphery, and a downwardly extending large dia. part 15c having a horizontally spreading handle 15h which hermetically seals the large dia. part 4c of the pipe part 14. The liquid contained in the case 12 is removed from the center hole 15d by turning the plug 15 with the handle 15h and causing the window hole 15f to coincide with the through hole 14g.
