PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension tool for preventing a bar-shaped body provided with a hook-like loop on an upper tip fixed at an optional position from sliding down by the swing or the like of a suspended flowerpot. SOLUTION: To through-holes 23, 24, 33 and 34 pierced on both upper and lower horizontal pieces 21, 22, 31 and 32 of two side opening almost U-shaped metal fittings 2 and 3 piled up in a nesting shape, the bar-shaped body 1 provided with the hook-like loop 11 on the upper tip is inserted. A screw 4 for clamping a plate body is screwed from a lower part to the lower horizontal piece 22 of the almost U-shaped metal fitting 2 on an inner side and the screw 5 for enlarging the interval of both vertical parts screwed from an outer part is screwed to the vertical part 35 of the almost U-shaped metal fitting 3 on an outer side. Thus, the peripheral edge part of the through-hole 23 or 24 of at least one of the almost U-shaped metal fittings 2 and 3 is engaged with a recessed groove 12 in a peripheral direction engraved at the lower part of the bar-shaped body 1.
