SOLUTION: At the normal time, when a washing switch 17 is pressed, a feed valve 13 and a vacuum valve 4 are opened to feed wash water to a bowl 11, and contents in the bowl 11 are discharged to a vacuum piping 5. When the washing switch 17 is pressed at the time of a toilet bowl 10 being clogged, the feed valve 13 and vacuum valve 4 are opened, but since the detected vacuum degree of a vacuum degree sensor 20 remains high, the feed valve 13 is closed, and an alarm 22 is actuated.
