MULTIPURPOSE MATERIAL TREATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device with various kinds of physical treatment functions such as the finely sphering, drying, separation or mixing, etc., of raw materials by blowing air into a casing body, moving the raw materials at a high speed in various directions along a main rotary spiral while rotating them and repeating shock crushing and grinding by mutual collision. SOLUTION: A damper 6 for adjusting an opening quantity is provided in the upper casing 2 of a hollow casing body 1 where a discharge port 5 and a processed object discharge port 10 with opened air pressure are provided in an upper end and a lower end. An inner tube 7 where a diameter is reduced in a lower part is successively provided from the lower end of the upper casing 2 and the inner tube 7 is arranged inside an intermediate casing 3. The horizontal cross section of the lower casing 4 in the casing body 1 is formed circularly and the diameter is reduced in the lower part. A raw material throw-in cylinder 12 is arranged, which passes through the upper casing 2 and the inner tube 7 from an external part so as to be positioned inside the lower casing 4 with a tip port to be in the lower part of the inner tube 7.
