SOLUTION: In a crystal oscillator provided with a package base 10, provided with a level difference part 15 and the crystal plate 11 the one end 11a of which is fixed to the upper face of the part 15 with conductive adhesive 17 and the other end of which is free, the plate 11 is arranged by tilting toward the internal bottom surface 13 of the base 10 from the upper surface of the part 15, and a gap 19 is provided between the other end of the plate 11 and the surface 13. |
