Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation sensor prevented from self-destruction caused by over-exposure, a panel and a method, and provide a radiation image intensity continuous display method that can complement radiation image intensity changed at real time. SOLUTION: A plurality of radiation sensors 10 each of which is provided with a charge storage capacitor 14, a diode 16 connected to the charge storage capacitor 14, a charging voltage source 18, and a bias power source 18 with opposite polarity to charging voltage are arranged at a radiation detecting panel. In this case, bias voltage is so set that the diodes are reversely biased within an exposure range, and changed so that the diodes are biased in a forward direction in every row after exposure. Charge in the radiation sensors is then read by charge measuring devices 22 prepared for every column. Charge of all the sensors in the radiation panel can thereby be processed continuously at real time. |
