The cleaning solution is supplied by this way to a jetting nozzle 5 and jetted to the work C with a high pressure air from an air source 14 to clean the work C. At the same time, the shot ball 17 collides with the work C and the burr stuck to the work C is removed. Further, the alumina powder collides also with the work C and the surface of the work C is polished to remove an oxide film and activated. The cleaning solution 16 or the like after colliding with the work C is once stored in a discharging space B in an jetting tank 2 and returned to the storage tank 3. The deburring, cleaning and surface activation are performed at the same time in this way.
