Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition, having sufficient anchoring properties and capable of manifesting excellent preventing effects on falling off of a filler by including a bonding component prepared by including a bonding component prepared by mixing a specific modified rubber latex with a specified resin emulsion and the filler in a specific proportion therein. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including (A) a bonding component prepared by mixing a modified rubber latex obtained by copolymerizing (i) a monomer group containing at least one of an acrylic monomer and a styrene-based monomer or a combination thereof with other unsaturated monomers with a natural rubber latex with (ii) a resin emulsion prepared by (co)polymerizing at least one of the acrylic monomer and the styrene-based monomer and (B) a filler as principal components. The component B is contained in an amount of 5-90 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component A therein. The amount of the monomer group in the. component (i) is preferably set at
