Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture the instrument panel outer skin with an air bag door part positively cleaved at the time of expanding an air bag body. SOLUTION: A parting jig 38 is set in an air bag door part forming position in a die 36 with the uneven surface 36A coinciding with the surface shape of the instrument panel outer skin. General part powder 40 is then charged uniformly and heated to form a general part 23 of the instrument panel outer skin. The parting jig 38 is then removed, and air bag door part powder 42 different from the general part powder 40 is charged in the removed part and heated to form an air bag door part 21 of the instrument panel outer skin. That is, the air bag door part 21 and general part 23 of the instrument panel outer skin are integrally formed by bicolor slash molding, using different kinds of material powder.
