AUTOMOBILE WEATHERSTRIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automobile weatherstrip molded and prevented from deformation of a lip at the time of sticking a core taking-out slit so as not to impair appearance and sealing performance. SOLUTION: An automobile weatherstrip 1 has slits 3 axially extended at base parts 2 so as to serve as core taking-out openings, and sealing lips 5 axially extended at the end of a top wall part 4. A wall-like back face bridge 7 connecting a root part 6 of the lip 5 to the base part 2 is bent at a bent part 8 near an intermediate part, and depth allowance 9 for making up for dimensional decrease generated at the time of sticking the slit 3 is provided between the bent part 8 and the base part 2 and at the end of the base part 2.
