At least one of the two electrode is made of the material, which is transparent in a visible spectrum area, and the anode is formed of two thin layers, and a layer adjacent to a carrier is made of the inorganic material having conductivity, which has a desirable electronic work function, and a layer adjacent to the voltage light emitting element is made of the material having conductivity, which can be deposited from the solution.
