Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble polyaniline complex by doping polyaniline with a specific compound having a hydrophilic chain. SOLUTION: When the polyaniline in the emulsion base configuration expressed by the formula I and the polyethylene glycol hydrosulfate expressed by the formula II are stirred at the ordinary temperature, the polyaniline complex expressed by the formula III is obtained, where (x) is an integer or a fraction, (y) is 0-1, and (n) is 4-200. It is found that the water solubility of the polyaniline complex thus obtained is the highest when the average molecular weight of the polyethylene glycol is 1000-8000. A merit is found that the life against the electrochemical characteristics, i.e., oxidation reduction reversibility and circulation scanning potential reaction, of a film manufactured with the aqueous solution of the generated aniline complex is extended.
