Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proof member which has the excellent vibration absorption capability. SOLUTION: A vibration-proof member is made of rubber and held between a main body chassis 1 and a mechanical chassis 2 to support the mechanical chassis 2 in a floating state. The vibration-proof member is so formed as to have a tumbler-shape with a thin thickness. Rings 5 made of low friction coefficient material such as POM (polyacetal) are fitted to the upper and lower holes of the vibration-proof member. The shaft of the chassis 1 is inserted into the upper and lower rings 5. Further, the rib recessed part of the mechanical chassis 2 is fitted to the central constricted part of the vibration-proof member from the outside. With this constitution, as the friction coefficient between the main body chassis 1 and the rings 5 is small, the warpage of the vibration-proof member is not obstructed by the friction, so that the vibration absorption performance can be improved.
