DOCUMENT PREPARATION DEVICE AND MEDIUM STORED WITH DOCUMENT PREPARATION DEVICE CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave correction over and carry on input when stenographic input is needed by generating and inserting a correction request pattern when a document which is being inputted with keys needs to be corrected or complemented. SOLUTION: A correction request code inserting means 3 is composed of an input device composed of a keyboard and inserts a correction request code indicating incomplete document data which need to be corrected. A document storage means 4 stores the incomplete document data and inserted correction request code so that their positions correspond to each other. A read means 5 reads the document data into which the correction request code is inserted out of the document storage means 4 in order. A generating means 6 generates a specific correction request pattern according to the read correction request code. The generating means 6 is composed of a ROM and a RAM, and the ROM is stored with a program which functions as the generating means 6. A display means 7 displays the document data having the correction request pattern inserted.
