GPS RECEIVING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPS receiving apparatus which can be operated easily inside a moving body. SOLUTION: A GPS positional-information computing means 10 receives radio waves from a GP5 satellite so as to compute positional information. An information-processing terminal device 60 creates image data on the basis of the positional information and on the basis of map information so as to be displayed. A remote controller 30 changes display control information used to display and control the image data into a light signal. A light-receiving control means 40 receives the light signal issued from the remote controller 30 so as to be converted into an electric signal, and the display control information is regenerated from the electric signal. A PC card 20 selects either the positional information or the display control information so as to be converted into display control data which can be handed by the information-processing terminal device, and the display control data is transmitted to the information- processing terminal device 60.
