Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the effect of control by a sub-microcomputer in an engine controlling device comprising a main microcomputer and the sub-microcomputer. SOLUTION: A control data of a sub-microcomputer 3 is memorized in a flash memory 2d of a main microcomputer 2, to be transmitted to RAM 3d of the sub-microcomputer 3 by the serial communication at the start of control. The data of the flash memory 2d can be reloaded from an external writing device, so that the control data of the sub-microcomputer can be set from the external writing device.
