Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stock allocation method in order to distribute marchandises with a high freshness to all the delivery customer, in the distribution of marchandises requiring a freshness management, and a deciding method of the distribution mode and the stock arranging base, in a physical distribution mode having plural distribution modes. SOLUTION: The spared shipment time is calculated from the designated delivery time of a customer, and the freshness restriction set as the period from the manufacturing data to the delivery time of each marchandise beforehand (Step 901), a stock satisfying the freshness restriction is extracted in order from the order award data of the severe spared time (Step 905), and the stock allocating is carried out from the old stock in order. When various distribution modes are considered, a distribution mode collection to allow the distribution to satisfy the freshness restriction is extracted from the time to distribute to the delivery customer from the factory, and the freshness restriction of the marchandise, and the final distribution mode and the stock arranging base are decided by considering the turnover ratio and the freshness restriction of the maechandise in the collection.
