Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain excellent heat insulating properties and airtightness for a long period by a method wherein a heat insulating material is arranged on the back side of a cover member, and tight materials are respectively arranged at the cover member, the frame material of the inner peripheral edge of an opening part, and the cover member to effect multiseal. SOLUTION: A frame material 6 approximately in an F-shape in cross section being an aluminum extrusion section is mounted on the inner peripheral edge of an opening part 3 throughout the overall length of a periphery. A support piece 6a is reinforced by an L-shaped metal fitting 8 mounted on a floor frame member 2a by a wood screw 7. A holder part 6b in a U-shape in cross section is arranged at the frame material 6 and a first tight material 9 in a I-shape in cross section is fitted in. The cover member 5 comprises a cover plate 5a and heat insulating material 5b formed of a urethane foam. An outer edge material 10 in a W-shape in cross section if an extrusion section of an aluminum alloy is arranged at an outer peripheral edge throughout the overall length of a periphery and a holder part 10a in a U-shape in cross section is formed and a second tight material 11 is fitted therein. This constitution effects double seat by the frame member 6 and the cover member 5 and improves cooling heating efficiency.
