Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a lock condition of a reference turn position when a seat for a vehicle is turned. SOLUTION: A turn adjusting mechanism 12 is provided between a seat body and slider at the front side of a vehicle. This adjusting mechanism 12 is constituted from a fixed guide body 17 and a tray-like rotor 16 disposed rotatably. The tray-like rotor 16 is provided with a lock arm 25 having engaging teeth 23, 24, and the fixed guide body 17 is formed in the cylindrical part 31 with locking engaging holes 46, 47. A micro-switch 60 is disposed through a cam 50 engaging the engaging teeth 23. On the other hand, when a shift lever is shifted to a range other than a parking range, an electromagnetic solenoid 69 of an interlock mechanism is controllably electrified to engage an engaging recess 68a of an interlock arm 68 with an engaging recess 65 of the lock arm 25 for providing the interlock condition.
