Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lap film reserving member easy to hold and peel a lap film and simple to manufacture. SOLUTION: This laminate has a self-adhesive resin layer (A), an intermediate layer (B) and a support layer (C) in this order. The self-adhesive resin layer (A) is based on a copolymer of ethylene and a monomer represented by formula CH2 =C(R )-R [wherein R is H or a methyl group and R2 is =(O=)C-OR or O-C(=O)R (wherein R is H or a 1-10C alkyl group)]. The intermediate layer (B) is a layer of a substance bonding the layers (A), (C). The support layer (C) is a layer of a substance of which the Shore D hardness measured according to ASTM D-2240 is 55 or more.
