Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and easily remove hydrogen chloride by providing hydrogen chloride vents in a reaction cylinder in order to remove hydrogen chloride generated from waste plastics by thermal decomposition before the hydrogen chloride becomes a high boiling point compound through a chemical reaction with a chemical substance contained in the waste plastics. SOLUTION: Hydrogen chloride vents of proper size 35 are provided at an almost equal interval between one end and the other of the reaction cylinder 33 of a continuous treatment device. Thus it is possible to prevent the removal of hydrogen chloride generated from waste plastics by thermal decomposition from becoming difficult due to the generation of a high boiling point chloride through a chemical reaction between the hydrogen chloride and a chemical substance (inorganic filler) contained in the waste plastics. That is, the hydrogen chloride generated from the waste plastics by thermal decomposition is easily and efficiently removed before a chemical reaction between the hydrogen chloride and the chemical substance (inorganic filler) takes place.
