Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-capacity, high-frequency induction heating power supply by use of an inverter that uses a GTO(gate turnoff thyristor). SOLUTION: A GTO is adopted as the switching element of an inverter part 30. A gate control signal generator circuit 20 outputs an on gate control signal (g) (ON) and an off gate control signal (g) (OFF) for controlling the gate of the GTO. A low-inductance gate drive transformer 40 is installed between the gate control signal generator circuit 20 and the GTO so that a surge voltage generated in the inverter part 30 that is a high voltage circuit is prevented from entering the gate control signal generator circuit 20 that is a low voltage circuit. A diode block 50 formed by an inverse parallel connection is installed between the gate drive transformer 40 and the GTO to make the rise rate of the gate control signals (g) steep. |
