Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating flat device, capable of moving a belt while engaging the belt with a tooth of a driving pulley without applying specific processing to the belt to which many flat bars are connected. SOLUTION: A part 40b in width direction of inner tooth of a side tooth belt 40 is fixed to the end part of a flat bar body 6 by a fixing member 30 having a form complementary to the tooth 40a and a driving pulley 70 for rotating a flat is engaged with the residual part 40c in the width direction of inside of the side tooth belt 40 and the belt is moved in the circumferential direction.
