SOLUTION: This device is provided with a program retrieval means 241 which retrieves a device or label used by a sequence program, a device registration means 242 which registers the device obtained by the program retrieval means 241 in a label device table, and a label registration means 244 which registers the label obtained by the program retrieval means 241 in the label device table. Consequently, the retrieved device or label is automatically registered in a device field or label field of the label device table and the label device table is generated only by inputting the label filed or device field of the label device table.
