BUILDING PROVIDED WITH VERANDA SPACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the amenity which is similar to that on the ground even in a multistoried building by taking natural wind in, reduce energy, and save labor. SOLUTION: In a building 11, an inner wall 16 which constitutes a house space L and a veranda space 22 which is closed tightly between a curtain wall W which faces external air and it are constituted. External air is introduced into this veranda space 22 through an opening 30 provided in the curtain wall W. The opening 30 is provided at such a position that a difference in wind pressure occurs in two openings 30 when wind hits the curtain wall W. Consequently, so-called breeze circulates in the veranda space 22 except the case where a typhoon comes even if a difference in wind pressure differs depending on the direction of wind. Accordingly, a person who lives in this building opens a window provided in the inner wall 16 to take natural wind into a house space L so that the amenity which is similar to that on the ground is obtained even in a multistoried building.
