Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period by providing many screw holes on a furnace bottom base plate moved and installed on a blast furnace foundation, screwing male screws into the screw holes, making a level adjustment, then injecting a carbon paste from pipes. SOLUTION: A furnace bottom base plate 3 installed at the time of the modification of a blast furnace is manufactured at a place other than a foundation 9, a carbon stamp 1 is executed on the bottom plate 3, and many carbon paste press-in pipes 2 are rotatably screwed. The bottom plate 3 is moved onto the foundation 9, the carbon paste press-in pipes 2 are rotated, the bottom plate 3 is vertically moved for leveling, then a carbon paste is pressed in below the bottom plate 3 from the press-in pipes 2. The press-in pipes 2 are partially welded after leveling, and projections are cut off for smoothing. Furnace bottom bricks of the blast furnace are stacked on the bottom plate 3. The leveling can be accurately and effectively conducted.
