Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to control a posture changing control of an operating machine, a change-gear on a vehicle side or a forward and backward switching device by switching a change-over means provided to an operating member of the operating machine, and to enable the settlement of trouble in controlling the operating member of the operating machine, a change-lever or a forward and backward switching control lever in every position. SOLUTION: In this control device, a controller 62 of an operating member of an operating machine such as front loader, etc., and a controller 19 on a tractor main machine side are connected with harnesses 66..., 8... and couplers 77 and 50 provided to them, and change-over switches 7A/7B for selecting either tractor machine side or operating machine side to be controlled are provided to the operating member of the operating machine. By this change-over, change- gear 4 or forward and backward switching device and posture changing control of the operating machine can be controlled.
