SOLUTION: After spent muddy water M is put in a muddy water treating tank 20 and coagulants A, B for separating and coagulating mud in the spent muddy water M is thrown in, the spent muddy water M is agitated by an agitator 21 consisting of a backhoe 22 to separate and coagulate mud and form flocs F. Water W1 is drained from the muddy water treating tank 20, and also the flocs are taken out. The flocs F are conveyed to the next site and thrown in a muddy water producing liquid tank, and also a regenerant for regenerating the flocs F to produce muddy water and fresh water are thrown in, and they are agitated and mixed by the agitator consisting of the backhoe 22 to produce regenerated muddy water. |
