Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an active matrix display device from deteriorating in image quality due to the variation of a feedthrough voltage by a method, wherein parameters such as entire pixel capacity, an inter-gate/drain capacity, an on/off difference of a gate voltage, a feedthrough voltage, and a voltage required for a single gradation are set, so as to meet specific conditions. SOLUTION: Pixel electrodes are arranged in matrix in blocks of more than several hundreds × several hundreds, and a thin-film transistor 206 is provided to each of the pixel electrode to constitute an active matrix circuit 205. In the thin-film transistors 206 provided to the active matrix circuit 205 formed as above, provided that parameters such as entire pixel capacity, an inter gate/ drain capacity, an on/off difference of a gate voltage, a feedthrough voltage, and a voltage required for a single gradation are represented by Ct, Cgd, ΔVg, ΔVs, and ΔVgr respectively, the parameters are so set as to satisfy a formula. By this setup, an active matrix display device of this constitution can be restrained from deteriorating in image quality due to the variation in the feedthrough voltage. |
