Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a pump and realize mass production by injection- molding a rotor and a flexible rod integrally out of the same engineering plastic, and mixing anti-friction material in material for forming the rotor and a stator so as to reduce friction. SOLUTION: A pump 2 is vertically arranged in the connected state at the lower part of a hopper 1, and an electric motor 3 is arranged on the upper part of the hopper 1. A stator 5 is arranged in a pump casing 4, and a rotor 6 is fittingly inserted in the stator 5. The rotor 6 is connected to a driving shaft 8 through a flexible rod 7. The rotor 6 and the flexible rod 7 are made of PEEK (polyether ketone) and integrally injection-molded. Anti-friction material is mixed in molding material of the rotor 6 and stator 5 to reduce wear caused by rotational contact. An agitation blade 12 is smoothly rotated around a driving shaft 8 as an axis to agitate fine powder and to make it flowable so as to be easily sucked into the pump 2. |
