Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject polyurethane treatable in a thermoplastic manner, by using a specific polybutadiene as a polyol component. SOLUTION: This elastomer is obtained by reacting (A) an organic diisocyanate (e.g. 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate) with (B) a polybutadiene having 2,000-8,000g/mol average molecular weight Mn, 1.9-2.0 functionality and 0.8-1.4 polymolecularity index Mw/Mn, is shown by the formula (the ratio m/n is 3:1 to 33:1) and contains a hydrogenated hydroxyl end and (C) a chain extender having 60-500 molecular weight (e.g 1,4-butanediol). The molar ratio of the NCO group in the component A to groups to be reacted with isocyanates in the components B and C is 0.9-1.2. |
