Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new recombinant antigenic protein, comprising a peptide containing a specific amino acid sequence, having Malassezia allergenic activities and useful for diagnosis, treatment, prevention, etc., of Malassezia allergic diseases and Malassezia infectious diseases. SOLUTION: This new recombinant Malassezia antigenic protein is a peptide, comprising all or a part of an amino acid sequence described in the formula or a peptide containing the peptide and having Malassezia allergenic activities and is useful as a diagnostic agent, a therapeutic agent, a preventing agent, etc., for Malassezia allergic diseases and Malassezia infectious diseases. The antigenic protein is obtained by separating all the RNA from a microbial cell of a Malassezia furfur TIMM2782 strain, carrying out a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) with a primer capable of coding a part of the protein, cloning a cDNA of the Malassezia antigenic protein, then integrating the resultant DNA into a vector, preparing a recombinant DNA, transducing the resultant recombinant DNA into a host cell, transforming the host cell and culturing the prepared transformant.
