Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid from entering a robot body or an arm from outside, reduce sliding resistance, and simplify the structure. SOLUTION: An oilless sliding dry seal 41 capable of preventing water from entering the inside of a joint part 35 is attached to the joint part 35. Further, the position of sealing by a sealing mechanism for the joint part is set to a higher position than the highest surface of liquid collected on the upper surface of a robot body. Furthermore, the sealing mechanism for preventing water from entering the inside of the joint part is provided at the joint part, and a vent for making the atmospheric pressure in an arm equal to the external atmospheric pressure is provided at a specified position of the arm.
