Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and efficiently assemble a part as a pair, by arranging one part delivered from a storage equipment and the other part delivered from a bypass path alternately in a straightening base. SOLUTION: A roller conveyer is suited for a conveying device 2, a chain conveyer is used in a by-pass device 5 set up on an automatic warehouse 4. In a moving device 3, 6, a slide fork with lift mechanism is utilized. In an upper surface of a straightening base 7, irregularity with the moving device 6 and a pawl of a conveyer 8 capable of advancing in is provided. A part R or L delivered by the moving device 6 from a rack 4-2 of the automatic warehouse 4 in the vicinity of the straightening base 7 and a part L or R transfer fed via the by-pass device 5 are left as arranged alternately in the straightening base 7 by the moving device 6, these parts R and L can be assembled as a pair.
