SOLUTION: The water barrier layers constructed on the bottom surface part and side slope parts of a disposal plant have a multilayered structure of a bentonite mixed soil layer and a water barrier sheet and the bentonite mixed soil layer 2 of the bottom surface part is constructed by applying rolling pressure to bentonite mixed soil.
