Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a container main body from being deformed and broken especially due to a pressure reduction by a cooling after a hot filling of a content, and a pressure reduction with time by a deoxidizer, concerning a hard plastic container having a cap. SOLUTION: In an opening (1d) of a container main body, a packing 2 which is formed of a material of a low elastic modulus (modulus of rigidity) such as an elastomer, is fitted, and in addition, the opening is tightened by a cap 3. The introduction of the outside air to a space B between the packing 2 and the cap 3 is made available through the screwed part between the cap 3 and the container main body, and a groove 3c which is formed on the cap 3. When the pressure in an upper space (head space) A of the container main body is reduced by a cooling after a hot filling, the packing 2 warps and deforms to the inside of the container, and the capacity of the upper space A is reduced, and the pressure reduction in the upper space A is loosened, and the container is prevented from deforming. Also, when oxygen in the upper space A is gradually consumed by using a deoxidizeer 4, the container is prevented from deforming as well.
