Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a punched gear by arranging a tooth tip protrusion group formed with tooth tip protrusions. SOLUTION: A tooth tip protrusion 5 is positioned at the outer diameter side of a tooth tip corresponding part 3a so as to face a tooth tip corresponding part 3a of a die. A space 52 is formed between the adjacent tooth tip protrusions 5. The tooth tip protrusion 5 is set to face the tooth tip corresponding part 3a of the die in the radial direction of a die hole but substantially not facing the tooth bottom corresponding part 3c. A gear having tooth part is punched from a plate-like stock by this gear punching device. Thus, the group of the tooth tip protrusions 5 continues intermittently on the face where a stock faces and the space 52 is formed between the adjacent protrusions 5. By this method, punching load is reduced.
