Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an instant scramble egg capable of providing a scramble egg good in flavor and taste and being readily cooked by heating. SOLUTION: This instant scramble egg is produced by housing a cloudy liquid obtained by mixing the whole egg and an oil and fat in a packing bag made of a thin film of an elastic rubber and sealing 4 the housed materials. The instant scramble egg is preferably frozen. The instant scramble egg can be produced by inserting the whole broken egg and the oil and fat in the packing bag made of the thin film of the elastic rubber from an opening 3 thereof, further sealing the opening 3, thereafter mixing the whole egg and the oil and fat by adding a mechanical stress from the exterior of the packing bag to form the cloudy liquid and, if necessary, freezing the mixed materials. The instant scramble egg is readily cooked by heating by a microwave oven, etc.
