Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scirocco fan which has no influence on its performance degradation by guiding the water droplets invading or adhering in/to an impeller part to an appropriate position so that sticking by freezing may be difficult to generate, confining a possible icicle forming part as a result of running water droplets being made to go downward from a prescribed position, and making only the space of this part larger. SOLUTION: Water droplets W which run down are guided to a prescribed position in an impeller 5, and a recessed part (receiving recessed part 12) is formed at a part of a mounting flange 3 positioned below this guiding position (guiding protrusion 11). A guiding protrusion 11 whose lower part is protruded is formed on the circumference of the bottom part 5A of the impeller 5, and the receiving recessed part 12 is formed on the circumference of the mounting flange 3 facing the guiding protrusion 11.
