SOLUTION: After the processing by using time information, contents of packet information given from a time information identification section 12 by a decoding section 13 are decoded by using a decoding key relating to the transfer information type this time and the transfer information after processing is given to an information processing section 15. The transfer information is stored in an information storage section 16 with the time information received from the time information identification section 12 and when the storage of a series of transfer information is finished, an information input output section 17 conducts notice processing as to the presence of updated transfer information or newly received transfer information. Then the information input output section 17 specified a server class, a genre class and information class and the information processing section 15 extracts transfer information on request.
